I like 2. I'm not sure of the significance of the colors, but i remember when you used to make hitchhiking signs you took that very seriously. Argentina's national colors are?? I like the unique fluidity of the hand written one and I like the dual color fade idea. I like the colors in 2 and 4 best.

Hola Pete, me gustaría ayudarte. ¿Qué significado tiene "GC" que veo debajo de la soga con el nudo?

En lo personal, me agradan más los dos que están manuscritos. Son más personales y cálidos que una letra "de diseño".

Trataré de aportarte alguna ayuda.

Cordialmente,

Omar

Hi Pete - I like no. 2 the best. I like the hand-written ones, and I like the colors in no. 2 better than no. 1. I also like the capital "R." (If no. 2 had two different colors, one for "Trans," and another for "Rio," and if they matched the two colors of the ropes in no. 2 (like in no. 1), that might be cool, too! -- Mike B.

Hi Pete! I'm so glad you found this post -- I'm assuming you recognized yourself in the first paragraph :-) It wrote itself easily, loosely following the conversation we had the other day.

Thanks, Pete! Jake and Ali and I haven't done anything with the Spanish yet but we'll get around to it. I bought Rosetta as a starting point.

I always get jealous (read: joyous) when I visit your blog because I wish -- goddammit I WISH -- that I got that little piece of DNA that said: "Mmmmmm I think it would be really fun to get some minimal basic fluency in publishing!" It really does make a difference Dad; the minimal fluency really shows :-)
